By downloading, installing, or using Sport Dog Training Tracker ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use to log and track dog training activities. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to create and use an account on your own. If you are between 13 and 17 years old, you may use the App only with the involvement, consent, and supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and accepts responsibility for your use of the App. The App is not intended for and may not be used by anyone under 13 years old.
The AI Coach feature provides general training suggestions based on the information you provide. It is not a substitute for professional dog training, veterinary care, or behavioral consultation. Taylor Kennels LLC makes no representation that the AI-generated advice is accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific dog or situation.
You acknowledge that dog training involves inherent risks, and you assume full responsibility for how you apply any information or suggestions provided by the App.
The App offers a free tier with limited features (logging unlimited training sessions for one dog, goals, dashboard, and gamification) and a paid "K9 Pro" subscription that unlocks the AI Coach, AI-generated email summaries, and tracking of up to five dogs.
When you create an account, you automatically receive a 14-day free trial of K9 Pro. No payment method is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial, your account reverts to the free tier — your data is preserved and you may subscribe at any time to regain Pro features.
K9 Pro is offered at $9.99 USD per month or $99.99 USD per year on both platforms. How you purchase depends on where you subscribe: in the iOS app, subscriptions are in-app purchases through Apple's App Store; in the web app, payment is processed by Stripe. Prices in other regions may vary (App Store regional pricing or currency conversion); the exact price is always shown before you confirm a purchase. A subscription purchased on either platform unlocks Pro features everywhere you sign in.
iOS (App Store): Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Web (Stripe): Payment is charged to the card you provide at checkout. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
In both cases the amount charged at renewal will be the then-current subscription price for the plan you selected (monthly or annual).
If you subscribed in the iOS app, cancel at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device), or by tapping "Manage Subscription" in the App's Settings screen, which opens Apple's subscription management.
If you subscribed on the web, cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription in the web app, which opens our secure Stripe billing portal.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to Pro features until that date, after which your account returns to the free tier. No partial-period refunds are issued for cancellations.
For App Store purchases, refunds are handled by Apple under its App Store refund policies — you can request one at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. Taylor Kennels LLC cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases directly.
For web (Stripe) purchases, contact us at sportdogtrainingtracker@taylorkennels.com and we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

If your payment provider is unable to collect a renewal payment, billing may be retried and a grace period may apply during which your Pro access continues (Apple billing retry for App Store purchases; Stripe automatic retries for web purchases). If payment ultimately cannot be collected, your subscription will expire and your account returns to the free tier. Your data is preserved.
We may change subscription prices at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified of any price increase at least 30 days before the change takes effect, and the new price will apply at your next renewal. You may cancel before the new price takes effect to avoid the new charge.
Dog training and handling carry inherent risks of injury to you, your dog, third parties, and property. Protection and bite work in particular carry a serious risk of injury. Minors must train only under the direct supervision of a responsible adult, and all handlers are strongly encouraged to train with qualified, in-person professional guidance.
By using this App, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Taylor Kennels LLC is not responsible for any injury, property damage, or harm to any person or animal arising from training activities you conduct, regardless of whether those activities were influenced by information in the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Taylor Kennels LLC, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
In no event shall Taylor Kennels LLC's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Taylor Kennels LLC does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected.
You retain ownership of all content you submit to the App (training logs, photos, notes, etc.). By submitting content, you grant Taylor Kennels LLC a limited license to store and process it solely for the purpose of providing the App's features to you. We do not claim ownership of your data.
The App relies on third-party service providers to operate, and certain of your data is processed by them as needed to deliver the corresponding features. These providers include:
What each provider processes, and links to their privacy policies, are described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of the App is also subject to the applicable terms of these providers.
You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. Upon termination, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted. See our Privacy Policy for details on data retention, export, and deletion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide active notice — such as an email to the address associated with your account or a notice within the App — before the changes take effect. For non-material updates, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms; if you do not agree to a material change, you may stop using the App and delete your account before it takes effect.
Please read this section carefully. It affects how disputes between you and Taylor Kennels LLC are resolved and requires individual arbitration for most disputes instead of court proceedings and jury trials.
Informal resolution first. Before starting an arbitration, you agree to email us at sportdogtrainingtracker@taylorkennels.com with a description of your dispute and to give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally.
Binding individual arbitration. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and Taylor Kennels LLC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this section. The arbitration will take place in Pinellas County, Florida, or be conducted by telephone, video, or on written submissions where permitted by the AAA rules.
Class-action waiver. Disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis. You and Taylor Kennels LLC agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding.
Exceptions. Either party may (a) bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and (b) seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property or to stop unauthorized access to or misuse of the App.
30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing sportdogtrainingtracker@taylorkennels.com with your name, the email address associated with your account, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. Opting out will not affect any other part of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Except for disputes subject to the binding arbitration section above, any dispute not resolved by arbitration — and any question about the enforceability of the arbitration section — shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
