Create an account with your email and a password, then add your dog to start logging training sessions, setting goals, and tracking trials. New accounts include a 14-day free trial of K9 Pro.
The AI Coach requires a verified email address. After signing up, check your inbox for the verification link we send automatically. Once you've clicked it, open the app's Settings and tap "I've verified." You can resend the link from Settings if needed.
On iOS, manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions), or tap "Manage Subscription" in the app's Settings. On the web, manage your subscription from Settings → Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
If you previously subscribed on this Apple ID, open the paywall in the app and tap "Restore Purchases" to restore your K9 Pro access.
You can permanently delete your account and all of your data (dogs, sessions, goals, photos, and AI conversations) from the app's Settings screen under "Delete Account." This cannot be undone.
